Shipping:
If you want to estimate the shipping cost, just add the items you want to order to your cart. Click on shopping cart from your left hand panel or from top link bar. On shopping cart page you will see various shipping methods and pricing depending upon location you select.
Shipping outside India:
There are 3 methods available for shipping to our international customers. DHL, EMS International and Registered Airmail. You can track the DHL and EMS parcels while Registered Airmail does not provide any tracking facility. On your shopping cart page if products are added you will be shown available shipping methods for the country you select.
We ship through DHL which is reliable, fast and trackable shipping method. Charges for this shipping methods start at USD34 and it gets variations depending upon weight and destination. It takes 3-5 days to reach Destination. Generally our shop predicts accurate shipping charges but in case of any problem we may change shipping charges. The basic weight for minimum shipping amount is 500gm.
We recommend you to use cheap and trackable option EMS International, which delivers in 97 countries and the shipping starts from USD13. It delivers it in 6-10 days and provides tracking on respective country's EMS website. Needs receiver signature when delivered. The basic weight for minimum shipping amount is 250gms.
We also ship through Registered Airmail Service of IndiaPost. It is cheapest but does not have tracking facility and it takes lot of time. Shipping charges start from USD8. It takes 7-15 days to reach destination. All free shipping, backordered items and replacements will be shipped by this method only even if other shipping method is chosen or we will charge extra shipping for other methods.
*The time estimated in days is for best case. Your parcel may get delayed due to custom processing or due to any other reason. We do not take any responsibility to deliver the package on time. It completely depends on the service provider.
*Be aware that you may need to pay import duties and taxes depending upon your country policies. You are solely responsible for all the taxes incurred. You can mail us the details you want to write in Invoice to accurately describe nature of the product so that you have to pay less tax or duties.
Shipping in India:
We ship all our products through DTDC/Overnite courier. Depending upon the weight and delivery state in India, the shop will automatically calculate shipping charges. It takes normally 2-4 days to reach to any location in India.
Returns:
If there are any damaged/defective parts when you receive the order from Robokits India, there are 30 days for customers to report to us, and we will replace the damaged/defective products or send you the missing parts. However, the case will not be accepted if the products were damaged by inappropriate use or carelessness. To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to exchange or return the product.
Defective Merchandise:
Include a brief note describing the defect on the merchandise. Do not write on the merchandise packaging. Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
